Recycling in the Beach
At home, it's easy: trash goes in the can and recyclables in the blue bin.
In public places, however, such as the beach and parks, recycling is not yet an established habit.
But in Delray Beach and four other cities in Palm Beach County, a recycling program for public spaces is out to change the people's perception of what goes in those elusive blue bins.
