Groups focus on hard-to-recycle items
ASHEVILLE — Need to get rid of some old lawn furniture or a computer that no longer works? How about Styrofoam packaging materials, a battery or old flower pots?
Rainbow Recycling and several business and community partners will host their quarterly Hard-to-Recycle Collections event today, this one in South Asheville. The event is 10 a.m.-2 p.m. in the Kmart parking lot at 1830 Hendersonville Road in Asheville.
